Mahendra Yadav brings a wealth of experience to his role as Director of Operations, with a total of 29 years in the hospitality industry. His background includes 12 years in operations, 10 years as a trainer, and 7 years in education. He holds an MBA in Hospitality from Les Roches, Switzerland. Mahendra is dedicated to driving operational excellence and fostering the development of future hospitality leaders.
Moses Fernandes popularly known as “Chef Moses” has 36 years of Industry and teaching experience and is First Batch Alumni (1987) of Institute of Hotel Management Porvorim- Goa. Chef Moses is a Management trainee of Taj Goup of Hotels-Goa and ex- faculty of IHM Porvorim and DELTIN institute of Learning. Chefmoses has vast cruise lines experience and worked more than a decade at Bermuda Aviation Services on the Beautiful island of Bermuda. Chef Moses is a graduate of Bharatiyar University – Tamil Nadu and has achieved double Masters in Tourism Management and Public administration. Chef Moses is also Ex-Goa state volleyball player having represented GOA at national schools games, under 21 nationals and the then Bombay University at various inter University tournaments. Chefmoses is also Prominent member of Lions club of Aldona.
Reema brings over 21 years of extensive teaching and industry experience to her role as Head of Human Resource and Administration. She holds a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Goa, Additionally, she is a certified Instructor from the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) and has completed the Train the Trainer (TOT) program from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Govt of India). Reema is dedicated to fostering a strong learning environment and shaping future leaders in hospitality.
